This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report arising out of Crime No. 776/2024, registered with Police Station, Bhandara, District Bhandara, for offence punishable under Sections 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Parents-in-law of respondent No. 2 are before us, who claims false implication on vague allegations.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 06.12.2024. 4.

Mr. Pathan, the learned APP waives service of notice for respondent No.1/State.
