This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report arising out of Crime No. 188/2024, registered with Police Station, Phofhali, Tahsil Umarkhed, District Yavatmal, for offence punishable under Sections 498-A read with Section 34 of the IPC. It is applicants' contention that on vague allegations the entire family members including other relatives have been implicated in the proceedings.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 06.12.2024. 4.

Mrs. Deshmukh, the learned APP waives service of notice for respondent No.1/State.
