Learned APP has pointed out that, during the pendency of the present application, the investigation is completed and certain material has been collected in the matter. In the circumstances, the request is made to grant permission to the prosecution to file charge-sheet in the matter.

It is pointed out that, in view of the order of this Court dated 24/10/2024, the charge-sheet is not filed in the matter. 3.

In view of the submission of learned APP that certain material has been collected during the investigation, the prosecution is permitted to file charge-sheet in the matter.

In that view of the mater, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to avail remedy which is available under the provisions of law, including the permission to challenge the charge-sheet, if so advised. All the issues are kept open. 5.

In view of the above, criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
