This is an application seeking to quash the Criminal prosecution bearing Special Case No. [ACB] 18/2015 pending on the file of District Judge-2, Akola arising out of the first information report bearing Crime No.3049/2013 registered with Civil Lines Police Station, Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 7, 10,12,13[1] [d], 13[2] of the Prevention of Corruption Act. It is his contention that neither money was seized from his possession, nor there is any specific allegation about his active participation.
