By this application, the applicants are seeking to quash chargesheet arising out of the First Information Report vide Crime No.54/2023 registered with Police Station Shantinagar, Nagpur City for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, on account of settlement. Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable 20.11.2024. The learned APP waives service of notice for the State. Mr. Dewani, learned counsel, waives service of notice for the non-applicant No.2.

Proceeding before the trial Court shall stand stayed till further orders.
