This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report arising out of Crime No. 661/2024, registered with Police Station Samudrapur, District Wardha, for offence punishable under Sections 324, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that there was civil dispute in between the parties on the basis of which false allegations have been leveled against the applicant.
