This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report arising out of Crime No. 369/2024, registered with Police Station, Beltarodi, Nagpur, for offence punishable under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Sections 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

It is applicants contention that only because the husband had filed divorce petition, after eight years report ahs been lodged as a counterblast.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 06.12.2024. 4.

Ms. Dhote, the learned APP waives service of notice for respondent No.1/State.
