The learned APP has pointed out that in the present matter before issuing notice by this Court on 24/10/2024 the chargesheet was already filed in the matter and this fact was already disclosed by them in their reply which is filed on 29/10/2024. However, till date this fact was not brought to the notice of this Court by the Applicants.

In the circumstances, Applicants are permitted to withdraw the present Application with liberty to challenge the chargesheet, if so advised, or to avail any other remedy, as available under the provisions of law.
