The learned Counsel for Applicant has pointed out the order dated 26/11/2025 passed by this Court, whereby this Court has permitted the Applicant to carry out amendment in Application after receipt of copy of chargesheet within a period of two weeks. He further submitted that the Applicant received intimation of filing of the chargesheet on 22/1/2026, therefore, he could not carry out amendment in the present Application immediately as directed by this Court.

In the background of this factual position, the Applicant is permitted to withdraw the present Application with liberty to challenge the chargesheet or to avail other remedies as permissible under the provisions of law. All issues are kept open. 3.

Criminal Application stands disposed of, as withdrawn.
