This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report in Crime No.278/2024 registered with City Kotwali Police Station, Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 308(2), 351(4) and 356(3) of the Indian Penal Code, 2023.

It is submitted that there is no actual demand of bribe, hence the alleged offence cannot be attributed. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks.

Mr. A.B. Badar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1/State.

In the meantime, the investigation may go on, but charge-sheet shall not be filed against the present applicant without obtaining leave of this Court.
