This Court, on 25.02.2025 in view of the statement of the learned Addl.PP, granted liberty to the applicants to amend the application and bring the charge-sheet on record. 2.

However, today, the learned Addl. PP makes a statement that there was a stay to file the charge-sheet and therefore, unless the permission is granted, the charge-sheet cannot be filed.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 25.02.2025, is hereby recalled to the extent of permitting the applicants to amend the application.
