The petitioners are seeking to quash the chargesheet. 2.
Learned A.P.P. submits that cognizance has been taken.

That being so, remedy under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India will not be available to the petitioners. The petition, however, has been also filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Surakhsa Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS"). Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would pursue the cause under Section 528 of the BNSS.
