This is an application seeking to quash the criminal prosecution i.e. Special Case No.14/2019 arising out of First Information Report No.338 of 2007 registered with the Sitabuldi Police Station, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 408, 409, 467, 468, 471, 420, 201, 120B, 109 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 65 of the Information Technology Act on the premise that there is no material against the applicant.
