DATED : 29-11-2024 The applicants seek to quash the FIR registered vide Crime No. 178/2024 with Police Station Raipur for an offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, and 504 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 20.12.2021.

Mr. Joshi, the learned APP, waives service for nonapplicant No.1. 4.

In the meantime, the investigation may go on, but a chargesheet may not be filed without the Court's leave. 5.

Notice by all modes is permissible. The applicants and learned APP shall ensure the presence of respondent No.2. The applicants shall serve notice on non-applicant no 2, failing which the interim relief shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
