At the outset, the counsel for applicant fairly states that he has remedy of preferring the revision before the Sessions Court and therefore, if permission is granted, he would file appropriate proceedings before the Sessions Court. He has also requested that since this Court vide its order dated 10/12/2024 has granted interim relief in Criminal Application (APL) No.1722/2024 and on 11/12/2024 in Criminal Application (APL) No.1723/2024, same may be continued for a particular period.

Considering the fair statement made by the counsel for the applicant, the applications are permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 3.

The counsel for the applicant submits that he will file appropriate proceedings before the Sessions Court within two weeks from today along with an application for condonation of delay and for grant of stay. If the same are filed, then interim relief granted by this Court on 10/12/2024 and 11/12/2024 be continued for a further period of two weeks.

The stay application which may be preferred by the applicant before the Sessions Court be decided on its own merit without getting influenced by the present order. The question of limitation be considered by the Revisional Court, considering the fact of pendency of present applications before this Court.

Applications are accordingly disposed of.
