This is an Application to quash and set aside the FIR bearing Crime No.0567/2024, registered at P.S. Balapur, District Akola, for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, and 506, read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Hence, issue notice to the Non-applicants, returnable after Christmas Vacation.

Mr. Gohokar learned APP waives notice for Nonapplicant No.1/State. 5.

The Applicants has to serve the Non-applicant No.2 by all modes permissible in law.

In the meantime, the investigation may go on, but the charge sheet shall not be filed without the leave of the Court.
