By this application, the applicant is seeking leave to appeal against judgment and order of the Magistrate, whereby the accused persons have been acquitted for offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Issue Notice to the respondents for final disposal, returnable on 22nd October, 2024, to be included in the "Supplementary List." 4.
Additionally, the applicant is permitted to serve the respondents by way of private service and to file an affidavit of service before the next date of listing.
