Having heard learned Counsel for the applicant and looking to the nature of dispute, there is an element of settlement and the dispute can be resolved between the parties through the process of mediation. The Principal District Judge, Satara is requested to nominate a suitable trained District Judge as a Mediator to resolve the dispute between the employer and the employees by giving proper hearing to the respective parties.

After appointment of the Mediator, he shall fix the date/s of mediation as per his/her convenience and the convenience of the parties, especially either on 2nd or 4th Saturday so that the regular judicial work should not be hampered. 3.

After the process of mediation, a report be forwarded to this Court, confidentially, on or before 21st March, 2025. 4.

List on 24th March, 2025.
