When notice was offered on the address of Respondent No.1, there is a Bailiff Report from Vadodra District Court that the company is closed for many years. According to the Appellant this is the last known address. Request is made for service on Respondent No.1 by private publication.

There is no service report on Respondent Nos.2 and 3 who are the Directors. Service is offered to them privately by RPAD but it has returned back with the remarks 'refused by them'. The Appellant is at liberty to file affidavit to support the said contention before the next date
