Ms. Dhuru, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner-husband, states that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioner, the Petitioner will deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- in the account of the Respondent No.1 - wife within a period of 2 weeks from today.

In view of said statement, till next date no coercive steps be taken.
