Heard Ms. Pandey, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant. 2.

This Court has issued notice by Order dated 28th January 2025. Ms. Pandey, learned Counsel states that Respondents have been served by personal service and accordingly affidavit of service is also filed on 25th February 2025.

In Interim Application No.29/2025 the prayer is to condone delay of 134 days in filing Criminal Revision Application. As in spite of service of notice, none appears for the Respondents, the contentions raised in the Interim Application have remained uncontroverted. 4.
