This is an application sent through Jail for releasing the Applicant on bail. The record shows that, one Advocate Shri. Swapnil Chopade was appointed to represent the applicant. However, since past two dates he is not representing the applicant. He is not remaining present before the Court. 2.

Therefore, the Legal Services Authority of this Court shall appoint another suitable advocate from their panel to Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

Learned APP has tendered the applicant's medical report. It is mentioned in the report that the applicant is suffering from right side inguinal Hernia with size of 8 to 9mm. The medical advice was mentioned as 'MRI Pelvis for Localization of testis'. Apparently, it is not conducted as of today. The present health status is mentioned as 'he is Haemodynamically stable'. 4.

Since the MRI is advised, the concerned authority shall take steps in conducting the MRI at the earliest. The authorities shall submit further report before this Court on the next occasion. In the meantime, the applicant shall be provided with all the necessary medical facilities, if required.
