This application is for relaxation of condition passed by this court by order dated 28.06.2017 in Criminal Bail Application Bearing No. 1190 of 2017 whereby "The Applicant is directed to report Gorai Police Station, Mumbai once in a month on the first Monday of the Month between 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 pm;" 2.

Counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has attending police station for the past several years. There is further submission that the trial has not even commenced till date. He 10th March, 2026

61-BA-1190-2017 undertakes to appears before the Trial Court on each date of hearing unless exemption is granted.

Learned Counsel for the APP though opposed the application, was not able to justify the continuation of said condition in any manner.

In view of the above the condition No. ii imposed by order dated 28.06.2017 stands canceled.

The Application is allowed.
