The office endorsement shows that the Report of service is awaited on Respondent No. 2. report is however, on record showing that the father of victim has received notice as she is not residing and got married in 2019. It is stated that since the victim is already married she is staying with in-laws if the notice is served at her place it would be disturbing her married life. Father has therefore accepted the notice on 11th February, 2024. This court treat that Respondent No. 2 is served. Inspite of service none appears. For the reasons stated in the Application this Application stands allowed.
