Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Division Bench of this court by order dated 2nd May 2025 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1241 of 2025 has quashed the proceedings arising out of the FIR in question. The said fact is not disputed by the learned APP for the respondent/State.
