In order dated 16th January 2024, in the paragraph 5 dates are 1/5
mentioned as 10th January 2023 and 16th January 2023 instead of '10th January 2024' and '16th January 2024'. Accordingly, order dated 16th January 2024 be corrected and corrected order be uploaded. The said order dated 16th January 2024 reads as under:- "1. This matter was supposed to be listed on today's Daily Main Board, however, the same is listed on the Daily Supplementary Board. Office to file report explaining the same by tomorrow. To be listed on 17th January 2024 for the said report.

3. Mr. Nilesh Wanjari, Board Clerk is present and tried to explain the reasons for listing of the matter on the Supplementary Board.
4. Perusal of the record shows that on 3rd January 2024, the matter was adjourned to 10th January 2024.
5. On 10th January 2024, there were 38 matters on the Supplementary Board and this matter was placed at serial number 90 on the Daily Main Board, therefore, due to paucity of time, the same could not be taken up. On 10th January 2024, the matters listed at serial numbers 76 to 100 were adjourned to 16th January 2024. The present matter was listed at serial number 90 and therefore it was adjourned to 16th January 2024 and the same ought to have been listed on today's Daily Main Board. However, the said matter has been listed on the Daily Supplementary Board. The position of matters from serial 2/5

6. Thus, it is clear that almost all the adjourned matters are listed on today's Daily Main Board except the present matter which is listed on the Daily Supplementary Board. Office to submit report by 17th January 2024. To be listed on 17th January 2024 only for said purpose.

Pursuant to the said order, Mr. Nilesh Wanjari, Clerk, Criminal Application Branch has submitted explanation. The said explanation is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In the said explanation as far as the listing of present matter on the Supplementary Board is concerned, he has accepted his mistake and tendered unconditional apology. As far as matter at Serial No.88 is concerned, it is stated in the report that circulation was granted for 19th January 2024 and therefore, the said matter is not shown on the board. As far as Serial No.100 is concerned, it is stated that it is a civil matter and therefore, the same is removed from the board. 3.
As Mr. Nilesh Wanjari, Clerk, Criminal Application Branch has accepted his mistake and tendered an apology and he has stated that 4/5
hereinafter, board will be prepared very carefully. Accordingly, no further action is called for.
