Perusal of the record shows that on 3rd January 2024, the matter was adjourned to 10th January 2024.

On 10th January 2024, there were 38 matters on the Supplementary Board and this matter was placed at serial number 90 on the Daily Main Board, therefore, due to paucity of time, the same could not be taken up. On 10th January 2024, the matters listed at serial numbers 76 to 100 were adjourned to 16th January 2024. The present matter was listed at serial number 90 and therefore it was adjourned to 16th January 2024 and the same ought to have been listed on today's Daily Main Board. However, the said matter has been listed on the Daily
