In terms of order dated 26.07.2024, when this application was taken up for further consideration and the learned counsel for the applicant was making submissions in support of his contention that this Court, as a Constitutional Court, can grant bail to the applicant upon considering the period of incarceration already undergone, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has fairly submitted that today, the Supreme Court has rendered judgement in a matter, concerning Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. This Court is informed that MINAL SANDIP PARAB by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date: 2024.07.30 18:06:47 +0530 in the said judgement, the accused having undergone three years of incarceration has been granted bail and that the said judgement of the Supreme Court would be of relevance.
