915 IA.128.2024.odt states that the petitioner will make a fresh application to the respondent No. 3- Passport Authority and complete all the formalities. After the application is submitted, all the parties to comply with the order dated 24th April 2024.

After the application is filed by the petitioner, the respondent No. 3- Passport Authority will take appropriate steps and appropriate decision, as expeditiously as possible, keeping in mind that the petitioner is a student.
