P.C.:- 1) This is an Application for amendment to the Petition and for correction in crime number in Judgment dated 3rd July, 2024. 2) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, as a matter of fact, the said CC No.161/PW/2020 was in fact committed to the Court of Sessions in the year 2020, however for want of complete instructions from his clients, it is mentioned as Criminal Case No.161/PW/2020 instead of Sessions Case No.344 of 2020 pending on the file of 30th Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai.

3.1) The correct number is Sessions Case No.344 of 2020 pending on the file of 30th Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai. 4) In view thereof, the Applicant is directed to amend the prayer clause, stating Sessions Case No.344 of 2020 pending on the file of 30th Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai and corresponding changes in the Petition accordingly. Amendment be carried out forthwith and in any event during the course of the day.

5) After the said amendment is effected, necessary corrections be effected in paragraph Nos.3, 11, 12 and 13 of the Judgment dated 3rd July, 2024.
