These applications for restoration are filed as the writ petitions were dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 08.10.2024. 2.

We are satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for recalling the order dated 08.10.2024 and restoring the petitions. 4.

Accordingly, the applications are allowed and the order dated 08.10.2024 is recalled. Writ Petitions are restored. Interim order also stands restored.
