P.C.:- 1) This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No. 3516 of 2024, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the directions issued in Paragraph No.3 of Order dated 19th August 2024. 1.1) There is a delay of sixty days in preparing present Application. 2) Perusal of the Application indicates that, no plausible explanation is offered by the Applicants for condonation of said delay. However, at the request of learned Advocate for the Applicants and on a statement made by him that, the Applicants will pay a cost of Rs.3,000/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai, within a period of two weeks 1/2
