Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant-Petitioner. 2.

The request for investigation under Section 156(3) of Criminal Procedure Code was rejected by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class. It was confirmed by the Sessions Court. There were two separate complaints. Respondent No.3 is a co-accused. Record indicates that notice could not be served on him as he is not residing on the same address. On 20th August 2022 liberty was granted to furnish fresh address or to serve him by way of substituted service. These two applications are for substituted service.

Both Interim Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Notice be served on Respondent No.3 by way of paper publication.

Interim Applications stand disposed of accordingly. Writ Petitions be listed on 12th August 2025.
