The learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 points out that inspite of several directions and the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court and also in view of the provisions in POCSO, the office of this Court has uploaded the name of the victim on the website which is totally against the guidelines and the legal provisions.

The learned Advocate submits that he has downloaded the said information only in yesterday and take printout showing the name of the victim.

In view of the above Office of this Court is directed to remove the name of the victim on the status report of the above Criminal Appeal st Shubham Talle 1/2
