At the outset the learned APP points out that this is third Application of the Applicant. His first bail application was withdrawn on 6th April, 2021, since the Court was not inclined to allow Application. Thereafter again Application is filed for suspension of sentence. He submits that they are no objection to fix the appeal for final hearing.The learned Advocate for the Applicant though argued the matter for suspension of sentence, however agreed to fix the matter for final hearing. 2.
