Accordingly, Order dated 29th November 2023 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 2531 of 2023 is set aside and the Writ Petition is restored to the file. 5.

The Petitioners to amend the Writ Petition in terms of Order dated 25th July 2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 2531 of 2023 within a period of one week. Reverification is dispensed with. 6.

Issue notice to the Respondent returnable after four weeks. In addition to the Court notice, the Petitioners to serve the Respondents by private service and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.
