After having argued for some time and when this Court was inclined to dismiss the application, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions of son of the applicant present in Court, sought permission to withdraw the application.

Hence, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

However, this Court notes that in the chargesheet, the investigating authority has given a list of only 8 witnesses to be examined, out of which 1 1/2

911_BA_2602_23.doc witness is already examined. The learned APP, on instructions, informs this Court that charge is already framed on 03.07.2023. This would indicate that the trial would indeed be completed in an expeditious manner. 4.

In view of the above, the trial shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within six months from today. 5.

In the event, the trial is not completed within the stipulated period of time and the delay is not attributable to the applicant, liberty is reserved for the applicant to apply afresh.

Interim application is disposed of, in the light of dismissal of the bail application.
