This is an Application seeking modification of condition (iii) of paragraph 11 of the order dated 17th March 2022. 2.

Heard Mr. Swatesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP. 3.

Mr. Tripathi submits that the Applicant has regularly complied with all the conditions imposed on him by the said 12th February 2026

902-IA-377-2024.DOC bail order. He has also tendered the roznama of the Trial Court, which indicates that he has been attending the Trial Court regularly. As of today, the charges are not framed. 4.

In these circumstances, I am inclined to modify the said condition as sought. The modified condition shall read as under:

"The Applicant shall report to Vile Parle Police Station once every three months, on the first Saturday of every third month, between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till further order"

Rest of the order remains as it is.

6.

The Interim Application is partly allowed and stands disposed of accordingly.
