A request is made on behalf of the intervenor for adjournment as the counsel for the intervenor is not available. Therefore, at his request today I am adjourning the matter. Learned APP states that the offence was earlier being investigated by the investigating officer attached to Kashimira police station and now it is being investigated by a Deshmane(PS)

15.ABA-174-24.odt different investigating officer attached to Kashigaon police station. He submitted that the present investigating officer needs to investigate into the offence and for that purpose the Applicants are required to attend his office. 2.

Today I am adjourning the matter at the instance of the intervenor. In the meantime, the Applicants can be directed to attend the office of the present investigating officer.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

(i) Stand over to 3.7.2024.

(ii) The Applicants shall attend the office of the present Investigating Officer on 24th, 25th and 26th June, 2024 between 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called.

(iii) Interim order granted on 30.1.2024 shall operate till 3.7.2024.
