Mr. Sarkar, the learned counsel for the Applicant has placed before us a compilation of documents which include the evidence of the relevant witnesses. In addition, he has also placed before us a short note on the incriminating material which has been considered against Applicant by the learned Judge, while recording a finding of conviction under Section 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code alongwith the provisions of the Maharashtra Control Of Organised Crime Act, 1999. However, we are desirous of going through the entire Judgment and considering the length of the Judgment, we deem it appropriate to adjourn the proceedings after Christmas Vacation, since the vacation is approaching. Re-notify to 16.01.2025.
