Having regard to the nature of assault, the injuries and the medical evidence, this is not a fit case to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected. However, considering that appeal is of the year 2019, the aforesaid appeal to be placed at the end of the admission board on 22nd April 2024 under the caption `for final disposal'.
