2/2 6 ia 460 of 2024.doc The applicant's first application for bail was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application (Coram : A.S. Gadkari and Prakash D. Naik, JJ.) on 20th March, 2023, in the event the Appeal is not heard within a period of one year from the date of order. The said order is at Exhibit - "B" at Page 184 of the application. From the said order, it appears that the advocate for the applicant was heard at length and when the Court was not inclined to grant bail, the application was withdrawn. Hence, judicial propriety requires that the aforesaid application also be placed before a Bench of which Justice A.S. Gadkari, is a member.

Registry to take steps accordingly.
