By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.136 of 2023, registered with Jatt Police Station, District: Sangli for the by SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE Date:

2024.06.11 19:22:24 +0530 offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 326, 324, 323, 506, SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 & 25 of SUNNY THOTE

56-BA-3785-2023.doc Arms Act and Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act. 2.

After hearing for sometime and on showing disinclination to grant bail, the learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application. However, at this stage, he seeks liberty to move afresh if, there is no progress in the trial in near future.

Permission is granted to withdraw the present application with liberty to move afresh, after one year before the trial Court, if there is no progress in the trial.

Application is disposed off as withdrawn.

In view of above, Interim Application No.469 of 2024 also stands disposed off.
