This is the fourth bail application preferred by the applicant. The applicant's first bail application was disposed of as withdrawn and the same is recorded in the order dated 27th February 2019 passed by the Bench of Hon'ble Justice A. S. Oka (as he then was) and Justice A. S. Gadkari. The said order is at Exhibit `A' at page 21. From the said order, it appears that after SQ Pathan 1/2

The second and third bail applications preferred by the applicant were disposed of as not pressed/withdrawn. The said orders dated 30th June 2022 are at Exhibits 'B' and 'C' of the application. None of the said two applications were argued on merits.

Since learned counsel for the applicant seeks to argue the application on merits, judicial propriety requires that the application be placed before the Bench, of which, Justice A. S. Gadkari, is a member. Registry to take steps accordingly. MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.
