The Applicant was the original accused No.2 in Sessions Case No.183 of 2018 before the Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur. The learned Judge vide the Judgment and Order dated 31/03/2022 convicted the Applicant and other two accused for commission of offence punishable u/s 376(D), 341, 394, 323 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is from a poor financial background. He has nobody to look after his interest. He was suffering from health issues. His Appeal was filed with the help of Legal Services Authority. 3.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 592 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 4.

The Appeal be processed further.
