By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No.(c) imposed by order dated 19th October 2023 passed by this Court (Coram : M. S. Karnik, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition , the applicant was directed to report to the DRI, once in a week, every Monday of the week, between 11.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that investigation is completed and charge-sheet has been filed against the applicant. The applicant is attending the Court dates regularly. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned counsel appearing for DRI strongly objected to allow the application on the ground that attendance of the applicant in DRI office is necessary.

I have heard both learned counsel. The investigation is completed and charge-sheet has been filed against the applicant. The applicant is attending court dates regularly. Considering the said facts, I pass following order :

O R D E R

(I) The bail condition mentioned in clause (c) of 19th October 2023 passed by this Court (Coram : M. S. Karnik, J.) is relaxed. The applicant shall attend the DRI Office as and when required by the Investigating Officer.

The interim application stands disposed of.
