Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court (Coram: P. D. Naik, J.) has granted bail to the applicant by order dated 17.03.2020 and has imposed the condition No. 6 (ii) that "The applicant shall stay out of jurisdiction of D.N.Nagar Police Station, Mumbai till further orders". Learned counsel further submitted that now investigation is completed in this crime, charge-sheet has been filed. The applicant is attending the Court dates regularly and respondent No.2 has no objection to relax the condition.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) Condition No. 6 (ii) of order dated 17.03.2020 is relaxed.
