All the Respondents / accused are discharged by Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Barshi as per order dated 13th January 2017. Offences are under Section 307 r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Trial Court directed them to be tried for the offences under Section 324, 323 r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The Applicant /first informant claims about knowledge of this order when he received witness summons for giving evidence. That is why there is delay. The accused wants to file reply. He can do so within three weeks by supplying copy to other side.

Let copy of the Revision be again served on all the Respondents. This Court has already stayed the matter. Let the hearing before the trial Court be deferred till next date.

Let learned APP to take instructions as to whether they have filed any proceedings challenging the impugned order. 6.

Stand over to 9th July 2024.
