Present Application is received through jail. After the Application was registered as Bail Application No.602 of 2024 and directions were passed by this Court on 07.03.2024, an appointment was also made by the Court through Legal Aid. However, Mr. Tripathi would submit that he has obtain the NOC from the appointed Advocate and has instructions to represent and espouse the cause of the Applicant. He would submit that Applicant has been arrested in an

49.BA.601.24.doc offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on 25.11.2019 and is lodged in Thane Central Prison. He would submit that trial has not commenced in the present case. 3.

Ms. Yadav, learned APP shall take appropriate instructions in respect of C.R. No.804 of 2019 and accordingly apprise the Court the progress of the trial as also the role of the Applicant on the next adjourned date.
