Ms. Kokare, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.3383 of 2023 states that the Digitally signed by SONALI MILIND PATIL Date:

2025.06.21 13:33:25 +0530 Applicant has been granted interim protection by the order dated SONALI MILIND PATIL 5th December 2023 which has been continued from time to time. She states that the Applicant has complied with all the terms and

conditions of the said order dated 5th December 2023 and cooperated with the investigation and he has attended VadgaonNimbalkar Police Station, Pune on 12th December 2023, 13th December 2023, and 14th December 2023. She states that the Applicant is ready to attend the Vadgaon- Nimbalkar Police Station, Pune, if any further investigation is necessary. 2.

Learned APP states that when the Applicant was called for further investigation, he refused to cooperate. 3.

In any case, Ms. Kokare, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant will attend the Police Station and will cooperate with the investigation. 4.

Accordingly, the Applicant to attend Vadgaon-Nimbalkar Police Station, Pune on 24th June 2025, 25th June 2025 and 26th June 2025 between 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.

Stand over to 27th June 2025.

Ad-interim protection granted earlier by the order dated 5th December 2023, as continued from time to time, shall remain in operation till the next date.
